One-on-one mentoring by an AHRI Fellow for career HR professionals seeking to take their career and performance further.

James has been part of the AHRI mentoring since its inception in Australia (started here in Western Australia by Chris Jeffrey). James knows how to design and set up mentoring programs for success from the framing, matching, meeting, progress monitoring and evaluation processes. James has continued to do this work free of charge through AHRI for one Mentee per year since its inception.

The development comes from learning from others experiences and adding them to your personal experience on real issues at work. James can work with developing HR professionals in their pursuit of professional development in the field of Human Resource Management.

Process is carried out over 10 sessions throughout the space of a year.
