Design and delivery of leadership development
Leadership development can take a range of forms and formats. James can work with you to design and develop your program to meet capability needs of leaders in your organisation.
James may draw upon evidence based tools, principles and practices such as Human Synergistics LSI, Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI, Predictive Index PI, coaching, performance and development conversations, difficult conversations, group coaching, 360 degree feedback, facilitation, workplace assessment, training, and leader as coach programs as part of the range of solutions.
James also provides training in the delivery of Leader as Coach programs, Mentoring, Difficult Conversations, Performance and Development Conversations workshops (see below) Group coaching to support those coming out of a leadership program is also a feature of his approach.
