Indicative Process:

  1. In depth discussion with the Board/CEO/Leader regarding outcomes sought, current issues and challenges.
  2. Briefing by James on types of challenges often met in these circumstances and likely types of decisions required along the way.
  3. Processes are developed based on meeting the leadership group where it is at, through interviews with CEO and Executive members.
  4. The use of diagnostics is likely to feature to assist team members better understand self and others to assist in building trust and relationships to achieve optimal performance.
  5. One on one coaching
  6. Offsite strategic/operational and team developmentally focused sessions should be anticipated.
  7. Process is likely to cover a period of 1 to 2 cycles or iterations of the organisations processes matched in with the development. This is likely to be 1 to 2 years.
  8. Outcomes are generally around developing organisational health and extraordinary executive performance through team effectiveness.
